• To be eligible for a return, items must remain unopened with intact seals. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be accepted for return.

Refunds
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and examine the returned item. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
• If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
• In the event of a delayed or missing refund, please:

Exchanges
• Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
• To initiate an exchange, email us at support@gbzcbdcompany.co.uk with your order number and detailed information.
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and dispatch the replacement.
Return Shipping
• If your return shipping costs exceed £50, we recommend using a trackable service or obtaining shipping insurance. GBZ CBD Company cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
